Title: Dust (2001)
Post by: titoli on March 29, 2011, 03:01:59 PM
I don't know if this (one half of it, the other half is set in contemporary NYC) can be classified as western. Some elements are there, yes. But probably the best definition of it is as a Zapata western set in Macedonia where the Turks play the regulars. Still I didn't like it. The story is quite contrived, just a trick to have some western myths transported to the Balkans to give interest to a story about which I couldn't care less. And you don't need the other half. 5\10

I've been meaning to check this one for nearly a year now, never found the time. Looks exotic, though I suspected all along it is only about 15% W.
