Title: Try figure out what they're saying with their faces
Post by: Senza on February 23, 2013, 11:22:21 PM
What makes the showdown epic is that you have three guys just staring at each for about 3-4 minutes, with an epic score in the background, with no dialogue whatsoever. I've always tried to figure out what they're trying to say with their faces, Tuco staring back and forth at Blondie shows us that he may be thinking "Who do I shoot? Angel Eyes stabbed me in the back, but Blondie's also a double crossing bastard, I can't trust neither of these guys.". Angel Eyes's expression appears to be saying this, he looks at Tuco, "Maybe I can get him on my side, so we can kill Blondie, but then again I tortured the guy so that may be out of the question.", he then looks to Blondie, "Maybe I can get him on my side.", but once we see Blondie staring back at him, almost saying, "There's no way in hell that's going to happen.", to which we see Angel Eyes slowly pull his hand away again from the gun. And right towards the end, Blondie gives the slightest nod to Tuco, almost saying "You and me.", to which Angel Eyes sees this and becomes more worried. What do you guys think about this? What do you think they are saying with their faces? It's almost as if a conversation is happening but we don't realise it.
