I recognize some of these lines from STDWD; Frayling definitely cited parts of this interview; but there's also plenty of stuff I don't remember Frayling citing.

Every time I read about how much effort went into OUATIA, I think, once again, of what a terribly crushing blow it must have been to Leone when it all that went down the drain when the studio butchered it. Thank God we have the movie now (close to) how Leone wanted it.

Zach Staenberg (who edited the 2 hours version) must be quite happy to see the film is now as green as The Matrix so it's a win win situation.
