Have I missed something. water affected by unknown quantity of mind altering substance? What the hell is going on with this site?

I blame it on you, "leoneisthegreatest..." ...lol... but it's not a bad thing. I don't know wat this site was like before but I have a vision of it being stuffy and boring. So thanks for your input.
