Dear Matinence,

I have noticed for some time that the light bulb in the "O" in Board on the title sign is dim. I would appreciate it if you could get one of your boys to replace it. Thank you,

I am disappointed that my request has not been filled and that this company has not taken the action to make the sign appealling to future customers.
