They don't make much of this at the italian site. Only good thing for them is the actors. Which is true (expecially Spoletini). But some plot twists (the last one totally unexpected, though maybe forced), some unusual landscapes and a good narrative rhythm makes this "revenge" story (Lawrence is on the lookout for those who killed his father, made him a traitor and stole the usual confederate gold, but...) enjoyable. So this gets from me a full 6\10 though marred by little inventiveness and repetitions in places. The soundtrack is poor (another reason for the 6\10). Spoletini name is Charro: which anticipates of 1 year the unlucky Elvis foray in the genre under the same name. Do you think it was by chance?
