This is the twin movie to Scalps, locations and cast are almost the same. As Scalps was based on Blue Soldier, this owes something to Little Big Man. You have a child who, after his family is sterminated by a gang of outlaws is adopeted by Indians and after he kills his step-brother he is forced to go into the world of the white. But he has little fortune there and so gets back to the Indian girl he left pregnant. But happiness was not made for him...
This could have been much better with a faster rhythm. They should have just concocted 2 or 3 more scenes and the movie would have been entertaineing (also courtesy of the usual bevy of good looking females). Instead scenes are stretched and become boring afyter a while. The main actor is easily a concurrent for more wooden face in history of cinema, though he's good-looking. Still it has some merit (the good finale, for example) so I give it a 5\10.
