Another image of Code2 DVD. I should correct that this one must be the first NTSC release. My bad. DVD quality should be very good but the problem is Japanese DVD makers usually only insert Japanese sub if the original language is other than English.

xploitedcinema are stocking this title now.

http://www.xploitedcinema.com/dvds/dvds.asp?title=2367

FISTFUL OF DYNAMITE, A (KOREAN 2 DVD SPECIAL EDITION) (1972)

(GIU LA TESTA / DUCK YOU SUCKER)

Region 3 NTSC

DVD FEATURES
DVD 1 - English Language Version
153 Min 4:3 Widescreen (2.35:1) Version
English Audio
Optional English and Korean Subtitles
Trailer

DVD 2 - Italian Language Version
151 min Widescreen (2.35:1) Version
Italian 5.1 and 2.0 Audio Options
Optional Korean Subtitles Only
Trailer

The English language version is identical to the UK DVD (which is a PAL dvd therefore the running time of the is 147 mins due to PAL conversion).
The Italian language version is the same as the Italian DVD which includes the longer 3min flashback at the end of the film (which is absent from the English language version - DVD 1 of this set). Even though this is an NTSC DVD the Italian language version seems to have used the Italian PAL dvd as its source therefore the running time of 151 mins takes into account the "Pal conversion speedup". The actual film source running time is approximately 157 Mins.

And its only $19.99. not bad for two different versions  of the film.  :-*
Shame theres still know english subtitles for that italian print. It don't take much.. grumble grumble..  :-\

Regioning can be relatively simple to break (usually by accessing the service menu via a remote control code), search for your DVD player to see if there are any hacks:
