I take it you didn't like it. :) Never been a big Elvis movie fan although a couple of them are pretty good. Didn't know he did a spaghetti type western before. Thanks for the post. Looks like there's a DVD, too.

I saw it on tv many years ago and didn't like it at all. Only the main theme is worth the trip. A pity, as I'm an Elvis fan.

I'm a fan of Elvis just I'm not too crazy about musicals. I have to be in a certain mood to appreciate them. I am partial to KID GALLAHAD though. :)

Speaking of Elvis, I bought the ELVIS '68 COMEBACK SPECIAL 3 DVD set over a year ago and haven't watched it yet.

You should. I haven't seen it in its entirety but it is among the best stuff he ever did.

I definitely plan to soon. What compelled me to pick it up was seeing his performance of 'If I Can Dream'. Wonderfully uplifting song. I'm not a religious man, but there definitely seems to be some gospel connotations about this song.

I saw this last summer and liked it.  It's not a great or classic western but it was entertaining with some spaghetti touches here and there.  Elvis is pretty good as the lead, Jess Wade, who's been tracked down by his old gang, led by Victor French.  Good score and song as titoli pointed out, but the best part might be what wasn't in the movie but what was cut from the theater version.  Of course, I can't find it now, but someone posted a video at Youtube of a very nude Ina Balin stepping out of a bathtub from the back.  Nicely done scene. O0
