Title: The Virginian (1946)
Post by: titoli on May 05, 2009, 12:39:34 AM
First half makes yoiu want to turn off and pass up. I kept on only because the girl is pretty and the three leads very good (and because I had shelled a fin for the dvd). But from the rustling episode onwards the movie acquires momentum and two scenes at least remain impressed: the hanging and the final shooting. 7\10

the movie just played on TCM. After a few of those nauseating scenes where McRea is pursuing the girl, I was finished. Though I did forward the dvr to watch the hanging scene. The girl is very pretty
