You may read the review, or you may not.
I just want to direct your attention to the author...

I see nothing in the review that public flogging cannot cure.  ;)

We already knew Jenkins' head wasn't on straight. This is only further evidence.

Quote
How times have changed. ‘Once Upon a Time…’ now looks like an over-cooked mess of style, metaphor and reference, while ‘Pat…’ strides ahead, every bit the poetic modern masterpiece.

Frickin' awesome.

Obviously this is a different person. I never use "David", I'm always "Dave." And I think my esteem for Leone's movie and my reservations regarding Peckinpah's film are generally known here.

Identity theft: oh, the sense of violation!

Well, let's give it to him: he didn't place Dylan ahead of Morricone.

Yeah. But out of precaution - I wouldn't go searching through his other 'reviews'.

Well, I don't think anybody here will.

Everybody seems to have missed the point.
I was making reference to the fact that it's ironic that the guy's name is Dave (David) Jenkins.
Like that fellow Harmonica brought up to Frank (and obviously the name our Dave Jenkins is named after)?

Unless the guy was joking.

If the review came out on April 1, I'd suspect something fishy. This way... I still suspect something fishy, but I'm not so sure what it is.
