Title: The Paleface (1922)

Not the best Keaton two-reelers, but it has some funny sequence, like the "moving pole" one.

Watched it, a lot of these short silent classics can be found on YT. It's okay, at times funny, but it just can not be compared to, say, Victor Sjöström's The Wind, although there's only 6 years of difference. You'd think it's all the same stuff, but it's not. But then again, 6 years in those formative years equals 25 today. I'd say a curiosity, but far from Buster Keaton's best.

Yea, you can watch them on YouTube alright but can you actually see anything is another matter...

Haven't seen the film but I believe your right. Filmmakers in those days didn't have to try and reinvent the wheel; they could just invent it!

Well sometimes the quality isn't great but it's still a good thing to have YT as an option. I mean, if you like it you can buy the original DVD(s). On the other hand if you buy some old stuff like this and don't like it or think there's no point having it in your collection - who're you gonna sell it to then?

I wish I wrote that.

Watch Neighbors or The Goat.

I've watched them (all I think) years ago but don't remember much... :(

I'll search for it on YT.
