I watched the A&E Biography last night on DVD on the life of Clint Eastwood, and there were a few rare photos from Fistful of Dollars, behind the scenes stuff, not many but some cool photos!

So in that scene in "Fistful of Dollars", after Eastwood kills the 4 guys about his mule. The sheriff comes out, and Eastwood pulls his gun out. If he cocked it and then puts it away, he's risking blowing his foot off. You have to put the hammer down very carefully on those guns and move a chamber over.

I noticed in the 3 films that Eastwood and others have 6 bullets in their guns. Didnt those guns have to be loaded with 5 bullets back in the day. 1 Chamber left empty, for the hammer to rest on? Incase the gun would go off?
Also, there is like no recoil of the guns in the movies? Whats up with that? I guess they were loaded with blanks?

I read somewhere that Gians crazy laugh in "For a few" was recreated in another film he had done. I think it was the French film "the Red Circle". I rented it over the weekend and there was no crazy laugh? Maybe its one of his other films?

I spoke to Frayling and he said he did the commentary for the GBU, but it will be released on Blue Ray or HD or something to that effect. Meaning that there will be more re-releases of the films in the future. Thats how they get the fans of any film. They dont put everything on 1 dvd, they make you buy all the dvds in order for you to get everything!
