1  Films of Sergio Leone / A Fistful of Dollars / Re: The dub job on A Fistful Of Dollars? on: May 02, 2012, 01:33:43 PM
Don't know, but here is Grant's filmography on Voice Chasers: http://voicechasers.com/database/showactor.php?actorid=7284

and here is Paul Frees filmography:http://voicechasers.com/database/showactor.php?actorid=1248 (mostly cartoon characters)

According to Sir Christopher Frayling's commentary, someone else did the voice of RAmon in FOD, and Voltone dubbed his own voice for FAFDM, but needed a translator's assitance since he could not speak English.
2  Films of Sergio Leone / For a Few Dollars More / Re: Car out the window! on: May 02, 2012, 01:25:43 PM
WTF is the point of posting this, why ruin the magic, I say it could just as easily pass as a fly on the window,  Wink

3  Films of Sergio Leone / For a Few Dollars More / Car out the window! on: April 30, 2012, 09:36:56 AM
When the passenger is speaking to Mortimer on the train, a car is visible out the window. It is the little black dot that is moving from lower right to upper left.
4  Films of Sergio Leone / For a Few Dollars More / The Castle! on: April 25, 2012, 06:47:36 PM
There is a castle visible to the left of the locomotive right before Mortimer exits the train! It the La Calahorra. The tracks and set are gone; but the castle remains.

Would it be worth it to buy a cheap VHS copy and look for the planes?     :oP
6  Films of Sergio Leone / For a Few Dollars More / Re: Cars on: April 16, 2012, 02:12:29 PM
I've never heard of that one but I'm sure I've seen aeroplanes in the sky during the bank raid sequence
Are you serious? where?
7  Films of Sergio Leone / The Good, The Bad and The Ugly / The Electrical Tower on: April 13, 2012, 09:50:34 AM
When Angel Eyes is standing in the doorway of Steven's house, you can see an electrical tower over his left shoulder. Does anyone know if it is still there?

8  General Information / General Discussion / Re: The Damn Trains! on: April 06, 2012, 06:59:12 AM
Supposedly, the tracks in FAFDM are  now gone, as are the tracks during the chain-cutting scene from TGTBATU.
9  General Information / General Discussion / Re: The Damn Trains! on: April 05, 2012, 01:20:00 PM
Russia uses 5-foot gauge, although China is standard gauge like the U.S. Western Europe, however; meaning Spain and Portugal, use 5-foot guage. This slight difference in distance between the rails is noticeable in both FOFDM and TGTBATU.
10  Films of Sergio Leone / For a Few Dollars More / Cars on: April 05, 2012, 01:17:03 PM
According the IMDB, there is a scene during the final gunfight where you can see cars driving on a highway in the background. Has anyone else seen this?
11  General Information / General Discussion / Re: What are your favourite leone films in order on: February 17, 2012, 11:03:00 PM
GBU
FAFDM
FOD
OUATITW
12  Films of Sergio Leone / The Good, The Bad and The Ugly / Favorite track? on: February 16, 2012, 02:02:56 PM
What is your favorite track from the GBU soundtrack?
13  Films of Sergio Leone / The Good, The Bad and The Ugly / Re: Was Sergio influenced by its a Mad, mad world on: February 11, 2012, 09:25:32 PM
I agree, and am not surprised. Even more ironic is that this film was LONG LONG LONG LONG like the TGTBATU. Before the premiere, it ran for excess of 4 hours before being hacked down many times!

14  Films of Sergio Leone / The Good, The Bad and The Ugly / Re: Socorro Sequence on: February 09, 2012, 09:55:28 AM
Not quite in response to your question but.....
If it is still existed and I had a million dollars I would pay to see that goddamn scene. Why does a few stills make me feel this way?
I am with you! If it were possible, they should put ALL the lost footage back into the film-the Socorro scene, the extended torture scene, and the cannon fight to make the film 200 minutes!
15  General Information / General Discussion / The Voices of Mario Brega on: February 08, 2012, 06:36:49 PM
Mario Brega was in all three "Dollars" films, and in each movie he is voiced by someone different! Does anyone know who did the voices, and if Brega spoke any English at all?
