1  Other/Miscellaneous / Off-Topic Discussion / Gangsters In Love on: May 04, 2006, 06:44:52 PM
So, for the past two years I've been making a feature film in England.  I had no experiance, no money, no support, no qualifications and no friends yet somehow
I mangaged to not only complete the film but also get it released in cinemas and hosted online.

Gangsters In Love is the most unusual, surreal and experimental gangster-spoof-comedy ever made in my area and is unlike anything any other self-respecting filmmaker would ever want to make ... but thats what makes it so ... rememberable?

Heres the link :

Why am I telling you lot, the voice of Leone fans online?  Well simple fact is Sergio is my fave film director, inspiring me to produce "GiL".

Sergio fans the world over will reconise the techniqes used and what I "tried" to do with them in this film, especially towards the end (sergio stare anyone).  I'm not saying I used them in the best way possible or even a good way - just that I used them in a time when so few including Hollywood dismiss them as, well unneeded in modern cinema.

I know its cheap, amature and full of mistakes.
Its kinda the point.

Hi, sorry if the title suggests otherwise and I know I''m just a newbie but I''ve been trying to find a a certain song for so long that I just had to post!

Below is a sound sample of me humming a tune I "think" is by Ennio Morricone ...

A friend of mine told me that it "might" be from A Few Dollars more and just wondered if anyone here could help?
