Don't despair. Just your idea out in a number of forums, write a few e-mails to DVD producers, and wait for results. The Internet has been the primary cause of the high number of 'miracles' we see lately.

It was the scene where Deborah performes on stage (as Cleopatra), before Noodles goes to see her in the dressing room.

The old Leone web has been long gone as far as I know (late 90's???)... All I remember is that it was shown in a program about Sergio Leone on Italian TV. And that someone had video taped it, but I never managed to get a copy of it
