The Magic Christian has its moments. The John Cleese cameo is usually good for a laugh, and as a cinema fan, I always enjoy the Men in White gag. I suppose the manure pond sequence at the end is a little much, though  . . .

The original Casino Royale & The Magic Christian are close.  O0

And don't forget the astounding oeuvre of Coleman Francis, as mentioned on another thread. He's undeniably one of Hollywood's unsung geniuses.

Just before Easter  ;D...... TCM televised Night Of The Lepus with old friend Rory Calhoun, Stuart Whitman, Janet Leigh and DeForest Kelly.  I watched a little more than I had in the past, and it's pretty bad.  All of the above try to figure out how to stop huge angry (chopping and hopping in slow motion) bunny rabbits.

Maybe not the worst, but my nomination for runner up: Dr. Goldfoot and the Girl Bombs. Mario Bava, how could you?

The glance that makes holes in the silver screen

I had happily forgotten about this... The Frank Zappa movie 200 Motels must be the worst movie I've seen. It's pure crap. I actually never finished it, and that says a lot since I usually try to watch even bad movies all the way through. Well the music was good. But the movie itself just tries to be too smart even though it's just idiotic. Actually I'd be interested to watch the rest of the movie just for the heck of it, now six months after I watched the first half. Now I maybe, maybe could bear it ;D

It was on the telly. Isn't it out on DVD? Or on any kind of format?

It was released on VHS, but I don't think it's ever come out on DVD.

My local library had a vhs so I saw it. Interesting mostly for the use of tape recording instead of film. Sure, s the techniques which 35 years were avantgarde now look naive but that's where the value lies.
