Ha ha, I hope this is a joke.

What a stupid idea. There is a 99,9 % chance that it will become a huge flop. I like Tony Scott as a director (not as a filmmaker) for some of his technical skills, but Tony and the Bunch? Never ...

That's of course unless he does it like Hawks did it with To Have and Have Not

To be fair, this idea's been floating around for awhile. David Ayer of Training Day fame was supposedly planning a modern-day version a few years back. So there's a good chance it won't actually happen.

Still, while I like a few of Scott's films, just the idea of him remaking a masterpiece is sickening. Remakes of films that are obscure (3:10 to Yuma) or not that good (True Grit) are one thing, but The Wild Bunch?
