Best western musical. Of course, considering who wrote the score. But the movie is very alluring visually, as a movie about the WWS shlould be. And there's a good dose of humor and an Oscar performance  by Betty Hutton. A stroke of luck Judy Garland fell ill after filming two numbers (included in the dvd). 8\10.
