For the ones interested in this kind of tourism, I have uploaded a big photo archive of my recent trip with nearly all the spanish locations.

That is so nice! Cheesy Thank you for sharing! I'm surprised that the landscape has changed so much. There's so much vegetation now. This makes me wanna go there too, maybe winter time.   Smiley

Winter is not the appropriate season to me, you could find snow in some place. Cemetery first, it's at 1000 meters altitude, but also La Pedriza and La Calahorra (800 m). I think the best period should be now, late august-early september: less grass and same lands colours of the movies (but you know they often used special filters to make all more yellow).

Yea, I've seen some great pictures of the cemetery when there was snow there. From a distance it looked like sand and the pattern of the bushes on what was once the graves made it all so much more visible.  Smiley But hey, when you live in Norway you don't go to spain when there's snow there  Wink

I've heard that there is some sort of tourist trip to alleged "Sergio Leone spaghetti western sites" ....on Tenerife ! They put on a cowboy shoot out show and sell lots of beer to tourists , who think they are looking at the locations of Leone's films.

I wasn't aware of any filming on that island.....it was all done in Almeria I thought !
