Well GBU was his last film role, so I think it would be safe to say he died shortly afterwards.

someone has to know (or care) about him enough to actually edit wikipedia when he dies.

I see imdb also has him listed as being born on Feb. 19, 1911, but no date of death. So, he either just celebrated his 102nd birthday; or he was forgotten about long ago, and nobody will ever edit his date of death (unless someone from his family cares to do so).

That would make him 4 years older than Eli.



He looked more older than that in the film.
