•Theatrical Version Commentary with Writer/Filmmaker F.X. Feeney
•Reconstructed Version Commentary with Charlton Heston, Janet Leigh and Reconstruction Producer Rick Schmidlin

Nice to hear that about Double Indemnity.... I don't give a damn about Touch of Evil..... You know what would be mighty interesting - if we could get, as a bonus feature, the original final scene of Double Indemnity, where Neff is executed while Keyes watches

That scene was definitely filmed. There are stills from it. You think there isn't a single print of it somewhere, in some vault?

Lets move this discussion over to the DOUBLE INDEMNITY thread. I didn't realize you'd made a thread for it... I've been tellin CJ for a while, if we have a thread for every noir, it doesn't make sense not to have one for DI, one of the most famous of them all!

TCM is showing what they are calling "Touch of Evil: Extended Edition" on Thursday at 12:15 a.m ET.

(I do not know the difference between one edition and another; I saw one version of the movie once and couldn't stand it.)
