if you've got the tabs, i've got the time.  :D

Ok, here we go then

These are the three chords

   Fm       G#       C

A-11-    A-3-    A-7-
D-10-    D-1-   D-5-
G-10-    G-1-   G-5-

And the main riff goes
   Fm
E----------------------------------
A--8--8--8--6-8-10--8-6-8---- several times over

then it goes to
         G#   C
E------8---------8--8--8--6-8-10--8-6-8----

how does one  bend notes
on a harmonica ???

A diatonic harmonica has notes 'missing' but it's possible to get these notes by moving the air in a different way.  On holes 1 - 6 these missing notes are got by drawing (sucking) in a different way while on holes 7 - 10 the notes are got by blowing in a different way.  Without being next to you the only way I can describe it is it's a bit like sucking a strand of spaghetti but sucking it harder (!) as it disappears into the mouth (!!).  It's difficult to achieve at first as the muscles in the mouth required are not developed enough, but once mastered is a piece of cake.  This is also why harmonica players are deemed to be good kissers (and other things!).  It gives that mournful blues note which is similar to a baby crying or a dog howling or a steam engines whistle (remember OUATITW has railways as a central theme).  I may be wrong about a chromatic as I've never really played one, but it would be hard if not impossible to bend notes as there are to banks of notes and a button that pushes a slide across the holes to determine the note that is played or not played.  If you really want to learn, there are plenty of books that'll show you how.  It is worth it and even though I'm crap, everyone else thinks I'm relly good but they've never heard the likes of Little Walter or Sonny Boy Williamson.

I had the same problem seven years ago, when I,too, got a harmonica at Christmas and wanted to play music from OUATITW,especially Harmonica''s harmonica tune.In fact, I wanted a harmonica just because of Harmonica.  ;D

I had the music for Harmonica tune back then, but I gave up practicing pretty soon.So I never learned to play harmonica...  :)

Same with me... or, actually, I got a harmonica as a small child because my older sisters each had one (very cheap ones), so I needed one, too, and when I heard that tune, I decided harmonica was so cool... but I haven't learned how to play it properly yet as well. :-[
I posted notes for the Harmonica theme (not made by me) in another thread...

There are two kinds of films in this world:those which stay, even when their genre is forgotten, and those which don't.

Nine years ago, I also got a harmonica for Xmas. And I too wanted to learn to play the Harmonica tune for OUATITW. But I lost interest in a couple of weeks.

I can only hit those false notes.
