Even more unsatisfaying than the novel. SPOILER SPOILER

In facts everything hangs on the absurd final explanation. Anybody does believe it? But apart from that the problem is that in this thriller is tension that lacks. Because who'd believe any beautiful girl like Vlady would lead the life of a cripple for years just to hurt her sister? And the viewer just doesn't get what the whole business is about. 6/10 is quite generous.

I've never read the novel, but I like the film which is good considering I usually struggle with novel-to-film adaptations unless they have been significantly overhauled to maximize the benefits made available by the new medium while removing the others. I remember thinking Hossein did a good job directing (as per usual), but I don't remember too well.
