Today is going to be such a good day. I'm just off to watch the entire dollars trilogy back to back on an 8 foot projector screen with my two best film watching buddies.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Well, that was fun. First time I saw the new dvd version of GBU too - wasn't too impressed with the dubbing, but then they could've done a lot worse. The guy who did Lee Van Cleef wasn't too bad. But you could really hear all of Eli Wallach's 80-something years. And I thought the first restored scene where Tuco's friends turn up was a bit naff - especially the 3 ropes coming down - wasn't really in the style of the rest of the film.

Don't really know much about the projector - it's a seperate device that can be wired up to a TV or computer. Someone got hold of it from a school I think, it's certainly not a new piece of equipment.

And of course the logical follow up for another day is... OUTW, DYS and OUTA.
