Flicking thru a movie encyclopedia this evening, I came across a short biog of Marianne (FOD) Koch's movie work.
Listed is a movie called CLINT il SOLITARIO (Sp/It. 1968).[/i]
I've no clue as to what it is as i've never heard of it before tonight. Huh
Anybody seen it or got an idea as to what it could possibly be?Huh?

Cheap co-production (Spain/Germany/Italy) with a load of unknown actors, actually dated 1967.
I haven't seen it, but I really think I didn't miss much...
Marianne Koch was the only known actress and in fact in the sixties, she was quite famous in Germany.

actually, Walter Barnes was a regular in Clint Eastwood's American made films in the 70's, and George Martin and Fernando Sancho were huge in the Italian western genre.

But you probably are right-you didn't miss anything

I'd like to see it, for historical reasons, if nothing else.

I own it. It's average fair. Feels more like an American western. The sequel (Return of Clint the Stranger) is slightly better.

You'd like it.

Although I don't recall Marianne Koch in it at all. Could be another IMDB flub.

Okay, apparently she is in it. She's got second billing.
Question is...who is she? I doubt she's the wife of Clint (George Martin), although I seem to recall that character being the only female in the whole film.
Must be her then...but doesn't look like herself (mind you I only know her as Marisol from FOD).
