Im suprised that the Big bang theory didnīt get a mention...much better than Will & Grace imvho.

It seems to me that "recent" comedy shows are misrepresented.

I don't watch much TV, but I would s*ck Breaking Bad's d*ck. Watched all 4 1/2 seasons in about a month.

Better call Saul.

Breaking Bad's pre-credits sequences is the best thing that happened to TV in the last 4000 years.

Good to know! Can I jump to season 2 from S01E05 or should I sit through everything?

No, its important to watch it chronological.

In the end The Sopranos is like one big film.

Stanton: I've watched the 4 first episodes of The Sopranos a couple months ago and stopped there. I see how good it was when it came out, but I have the feeling recent shows like Breaking Bad are now using what was good in it (in short: freedom. Movie-like narrative freedom) and added more. So yes it's good but we have better things now (partly thanks to the sopranos).

The Sopranos was in no way some stepping stone for AMC tv shows, that's crazy talk.

Claudia, we need you to appear in LOST COMMAND. It's gonna revolutionize the war genre. What did you think of the script?

What do you mean? Do you mean:

1 - The Sopranos is bad
2 - AMC TV shows were bad after The Sopranos
3 - AMC TV shows were good before The Sopranos

?

By the way I was talking about TV shows in general, not just AMC ones.
