Encore Westerns is an awful channel. It's not in HD, and shows everything in 4:3 aspect ratio. So it's ok for the TV Westerns it shows and for the movies before the widescreen era (about 1953), but for all widescreen movies it chops the sides

That is from "¡Viva la muerte... tua! aka Don't Turn the Other Cheek (1971) with Franco Nero. Its not very good.
The photo of Lee Van Cleef is from El Condor as others have suggested.

There's an interesting back story behind that one. It was supposed to be the third part of Corbucci's revolution trilogy after "The Mercenary" and "Companeros" which would once again star Franco Nero. However, Corbucci ended up making "What am I doing in the middle of the Revolution" without Nero while Duccio Tessari made this one.
