Yes Dave, and from this Budapest video that I've posted earlier in the thread where he conducted sitting in a high chair, you can see that everything went normal as usual:

Too fast! Slow it down, maestro. (But at least he can conduct).

No. It was perfect. Just wait for the concert. Only people who hate music go to concerts and expect to ear the CD version.

Can we find another word to use instead of "high chair" when talking about Morricone? A "high chair" is the chair with the tray you put little kids into to at meal time. Can we instead use "tall chair" when talkin about Morricone? ;-)

Only people who cheat their audience play everything at accelerated tempi.

Good thing Morricone doesn't play everything at accelerated tempo.
(or maybe he did try it, but it was too fast and he now has to conduct in a chair)

By all means, and you can do it yourself easily by going back to your first post, selecting "modify", changing the topic info, and then hitting "save."

Are youtube videos speeded up to beat any copyright removal?

If that's meant to be the right speed then that would put me off going...

I'm sorry, I think we've missed EM at his peak were live performances of EoG are concerned.  Cry

Why does EM signature tune have to sound so rushed.  It puts the singer under unnecessary pressure to keep up and makes the whole thing sound a bit chaotic.

This performance has a better tempo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-rHdSWZLpQ    Afro
