I think we are all drawn together as kindred spirits by Leone, but it is the non-Leone discussions that really sustain the board. The Sam Peckinpah forum is essentially moribund now since once everyone ran out of Peckinpah talk there wasn't much left to sustain it. I for one still have lots to say but it seems I'm talking mostly to myself over there and a couple of others. It's a shame really....
As for the noir info on here - helluva job CJ (and everyone else...). This is becoming a fantastic resource.
No doubt about it, the SLWB only survives and thrives because it is a forum for discussing all movies (and everything else!) But once in while, when we get a good Leone discussion going, I enjoy it

I actually recently watched the new extended version of OUATIA, and I'm going to discuss it extensively. But I have not had the time lately to sit down and write a long post. I'll do it eventually
