i heard that fondas agent didn't even give him the script to read, because it was a little known film, james coburn wanted $25,000 and sergio couldn't afford it, and clint was available for $15,000.

I hope thats right

Hippieoodball your right mate. Its was Bronson.

Spot on Djimbo 6. Is Mario Bonnard

think number 6 is mario bonnard? am i right?

im guessin the harmonica solos answer is Bronson not the guy whod have played it on the actual soundtrack.

Sorry Djimbo thats proberly not how he phrased the question, my notes. He mean't the Morricone Score.

I think its very easy to look at these questions here. You can 'lock-up' in that studio, its a very intimidating setup Mastermind. very fast paced questions. Its all over in a couple of mins.

And offcourse the best part is the guy won overall  so another heat in the coming months.

......and the questions will be harder ;)

yeah i would have answered morricone on the harmonica solos... simply because they say performed.

smoker on the show... did they mean bronson or morricone... sorry if you said it in the previous post... the way you said it seemed unclear to me whether it was your opinion or you knew from watching the show

i thought in mastermind you have to choose a different topic each time your in the hot seat, so he won't be doing sergio leone again.

I could be wrong

I remember from Magnus Magnussons days that you couldn't choose the same subject for the following round but you could for the round after. Whether that still happens or not remains to be seen.

I think the guy did really well considering the pressure the show puts some people under.  I think it's funny though that his specialist subject (SL) encompasses seven films and a few bits and bobs, while other contestants he was up against included subjects on Victoria Britain and British Pop in the 1950's.  Both huge areas of study.

Thanks to The Smoker for the questions - You've saved me half an hour of typing!
