Looks like the "All About" book is also delayed.
In Italy it is already available (in Italian of course) and it's called "Tutto Leone" and I just got it from Amazon Italy today. Had a quick look and as far as I can see, it is simply beautiful. Tons of pictures, and everything well in order, starting from Il Colosso di Rodi to the very last project he was working on (Leningrad of course). The book also shows a detailed list of all the projects he was thinking about or has refused (did you know he was asked to direct "The life and times of judge Roy Bean"?). Lots of interviews, anecdotes and other interesting material. A total of 319 pages written by Oreste De Fornari, the man who recognized Leone's genius long before all the other film critics finally realized that Leone was one of the greatest directors ever. This book is a must for any Leone fan in my humble opinion.

Thanks so much. A definite purchase once the English language version becomes available.
