Amazon emailed me today, said this "All about Sergio Leone" book's estimated arrival date is June 7 - June 12

The June 2nd date has come and gone so I took a quick tour of the amazons today. US amazon is saying "temporarily out of stock" (uh-huh), amazon.uk says "currently unavailable" and amazon.ca says it hasn't been released yet. I'm guessing that that last is the most likely.

Anybody know anything?

Amazon U.S. has sent me a message saying I can expect delivery between 22 July and 5 September. This wide range doesn't exactly inspire confidence.
