I'm old now, but my first spaghetti western was GBU on the big screen, in 1968 (Phoenix AZ). There were no TV advertisements, had not seen a trailer; radio did play the Montenegro version of the music, and we knew from Rawhide who Clint Eastwood was. And my brother had recently gotten his driver's license, and I was 15 then.
We saw all the available (then) spaghetti westerns on the big screen, including Once/west, Big Gundown, Day of Anger, the Sabata "series", even bad ones like Captain Apache, A reason to live-a reason to die.....
