During the AmRev war was more formal. Regiments would form into 50 man firing companies, stand and musket fire volleys at each other.

There was a reward on Tuco's head. Wallace was going to bring Tuco in for the reward; presumably, Wallace was doing the dirty work of bringing Tuco in, then Wallace would have split the money with Angel Eyes.

Why did Angel Eyes not merely kill Tuco, considering that presumably the reward was for him Alive or Dead? Answer is probably because in Westerns people didn't kill unnecessarily. He'd bring him in for the reward, rather than kill him in cold blood and drag his body in. He brings him in for the reward, and then it's up to the sheriff to do what he wants with Tuco.

Angel Eyes wouldn't be scared of Tuco disclosing the secret, because Angel Eyes was immediately on his way to the cemetery to get the gold; Tuco would be in the sheriff's custody and unable to get it.

Of course, in real life, it would make sense for Angel Eyes to just kill Tuco and have his body brought in for the reward, but that's not how it was done in Westerns. If you can bring him in alive, you do so.

He saw how many lives were being lost in this battle for the bridge. He figured if they blow it up, both armies can forget about it and stop this senseless fighting over the bridge

He fantasized about blowing it up, but it is unclear if he ever would have actually done so.

Tuco needed Blondie alive because only Blondie knew the name on the grave.

You may ask why Tuco did not kill Blondie once Blondie told him the name was Arch Stanton. Perhaps Tuco didn't fully trust that Blondie had disclosed the secret (and Tuco would have been right about that!) so he wanted to keep Blondie alive at least until they found the gold.

To pay Tuco back for the times Tuco nearly killed him. Tuco had previously hung Blondie in a similar manner.

Also, he needs to keep Tuco occupied while he rides away. There's no way Tuco is just going to sit there and let Blondie leave with half his gold.

Of course, it was a mistake to let Tuco live. Tuco will not rest until he has taken back the gold Blondie has stolen from him, and of course, there's also the matter of settling all other accounts. The sequel, GBU2: Tuco's Revenge, writes itself.

I think the answer for most of the questions above, and that's why they are kinda superfluous, is that the answer lies less in the story or the characters, but in the need for the narrative or the style.

OuTW and MNIN alos have an kind of encore, only in Giu la testa it would be wrong to have one, and maybe that's the reason why it is the least of Leone's westerns (not cause it does not have an encore, but cause it does not need one)

Tuco wasn't unarmed then, he had his pistol on the rawhide around his neck; remember that Tuco momentarily thought about challenging Blondie, then decided better.  Of course Tuco had no idea then that Blondie had previously unloaded the pistol while Tuco slept.

You're quite right, but it would have been easy and more logical for Angel Eyes to shoot Tuco, rather than to simultaneously face two opponents.

Cinematic effect. The 3-way showdown performed to Morricone was classic cinema. The logic or otherwise of AE's position was insignificant. A straight shootout between Clint and LVC immediately after Tuco died would have been just another western ending.

I believe the most of the aforementioned questions have their answers, making them rather needless, and that those answers have less to do with the plot or the characters and more to do with the necessity of the narrative or the style.
