21 Bridges (2019) A visual noirsville festival which will make Cigar happy

I stepped into the dvd last sunday, as usual, and gave it a try because of the italian (english!) title (City of Crime). I didn't remember Boseman as the Black Panther and I think he's the main flaw of the enterprise: he just doesn't fit the character. He hasn't got a deep voice, he's tall but not physically imposing, he's hasn't got a peculiar face (actually I could mistake him for one of the 2 cop killers). This is a B production, with a good story ( though I still wonder who it was that set up the two hoodlums and why) and a good pace. As said in the title of the post, this is a visually neo-noirish fest, all shot at night in NYC except fr the finale. 7-8/10
