after Tuco's bathtub scene, Blondie says "every gun has its own tune" however you can clearly see that his lips are not saying these words, so  it must have been dubed in later. Anyone know what was originally said? any lip readers?? play it with the volume off and try!

Since the entire film was post-dubbed (in every language it was released in), there are quite a few moments like this. Maybe Eastwood was saying "I hate cats!" ;)

Excuse me, please confirm....

does he mean

Every make of gun makes its own tune?

or

Every individual gun makes its own tune?

Without the risk of revealing a plot hole, the latter statement would mean Tuco would had to trek all the way back to Betterville to pick up the confiscated gun, or Wallace must of had it on his person.

The first statement would mean buying or stealing one post the train scene.
