Well, you know humor.  And you can joke.  All the way up to 2. 

You should have stopped after the second joke.  Your last line, "Mortimer's train was made out of 85% recycled bean tins." wasn't funny.  The first two were good, but you blew it with the third. 

A good humorist knows when to stop.
