you could get a free hosted site and upload your image on it.
another possibility is to get a email account which supports uploading of images.
try imagestation - maybe it will suit your needs.

it should work at once.
when you get your picture online you have to copy the url to your profile (at the line "I have my own Picture"). then it should be displayed.
do you know the url of your picture? if not, right click (depending on your computer system & browser) on it and read their properties (system and language dependent)
