Unless you're familiar with the late, great "Mystery Science Theater 3000", it's doubtful that you would know Rosdower was.  If you really want to know, iceman:

Though I'm more fond of this Bad MF:

Who is this mysterious man?

Being from the UK I'm afraid we over the great pond have not seen MST3000....

I love the show, three guys making fun of indescribably bad movies, how much more fun can you have?  Obviously, it's an acquired sense of humor, so I can't guarantee you'll like it.  But the show was actually fairly popular here in the US when it was running in the '90s, and still has a large cult following.

I'd think "Manos: The Hands of Fate" would be a great episode to see if you've never seen the show before, though.  That's the greatest episode ever, IMO, and if you like that one, you should be good to go with the rest of the series.  If not - well, I'd still check out at least one or two of the other great episodes (there are obviously some bad ones), but it might not be your cup of tea.

I think one of the Shorts videos would be good to start off with.

Checked out the site Groggy. Hilarious. Had to buy the film, but I picked the cheap version, meaning I get to see it without the commentaries. Was that a mistake? Either way, I love Ed Wood-style filmmaking, so this should be good.

How many times does he toss the rifle to Ramon???  If I remember he also tosses it back to him a couple of times...

Indeed, Rubio is Ramone's unsung rifle tosser...

Actually, the best toss was of a knife, at the beginning of Red River: Walter Brennan to John Wayne fighting an Indian in the river; Wayne caught it and then killed the Indian with it.

Brennan also tosses a rifle to Wayne later on in the film as well...

Another great toss is Bishop to Napoleon Wilson in John Carpeters Assault on Precinct 13...

I wathced this film again last night, and I only counted three tosses. The one from the balcony is by far the greatest, although the final one brought out the biggest chuckle. He only needed the rifle to beat the bartender in a slightly more creative way. I saw the film with Frayling's commentary track, and I thought it was strange that he never mentioned the wonderful tosses. This certainly makes Rubio the unsung rifle tosser, not even Frayling bothers to point it out. He didn't point out the architectual flaw of the Baxter mansion either, and most susprisingly, there was not one mention of the fact that Leone and Volonte used pseudonyms. Still, a good track well worth listening to. And this comes from a guy who generally doesn't like 'em.
