Here's a good one.

On the cover of FOD Clint is holding a Colt Dragoon (Second Model Army I belive), a strictly ball and powder gun usually a .38 caliber. The only exception is modifying it when cartridges became more readily available and mass produced. However this wasn't until the post Civil war. he's holding the Dragoon on the cover, but in the movie he uses a .45 as he says "That's very interesting but I'll stick with my .45".  Until I joined this board that is the only Leone flaw I've found.  Also he loads cartridges into his .45.

Dragoons were heavier I believe than the New Model Army & Navy's, all could be converted in various ways to shoot cartridges by good gunsmiths.

You see one or two of them in Face To Face. Beau keeps one on him.
