I had no idea he was in the movie until I stumbled across it on his filmography, apparantly he is a member of franks gang at the auction... another great addition to the best cast a western has seen

Harmonica: So, you're not a businessman after all.
Frank: Just a man.
Harmonica: An ancient race...

At the beginning of the auction scene he's in the background, wearing a black hat, behind a bearded blonde, while the hand of the first bidder offers 2 in the foreground. he has got a full close-up before Harmonica descends the staircase.

He's also the killer crawling on the tile-roofs and who attempts to shoot Fonda from the terrace above the painted clock.

Wonder if he did the stunt himself. I seem to remember having read he actually did and was the worse for it.

Yeah, he did, at least according to Mickey Knox. If you watch that scene he was supposed to fall, roll off the subroof and onto a few bags of grain.  Instead, he just crashed through the roof and landed on his neck.  Ouch.  According to Knox's interview, he did a good amount of stunt work and was actually fired from a number of films for being so bad.  :P

Ouch!  :o One of the "giant stagecoach" guards in GIU LA TESTA also does a flip fall from a hight and lands right on his neck, one of the most painful looking things I've seen in a western.

There is a very abrupt cut on his landing. Hope the poor guy was able to walk away from it (or even walk at all!).
