I think the best place for this question is the General Discussion.I'm anxious to know everyone's opinion on this matter.

Too bad I coudn't choose 2 options. The both Once upon A times Are my favorites of all time. I chose for America because I think Sergio put more effort on it.
Also I think they both have the best soundtrack there is.

For me it's got to be The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Great film, great soundtrack, great story - plus even more importantly.... it's got Tuco!

For me it is also GBU, it is a wonderful adventure of three magnificent rouges. Tuco is great and always entertaining. The true test is watching these films in a theater with an audience and GBU had the most satisfying audiance responce.

as i have already explained elsewhere, for a few dollars more is the best of them all, for me.  it converted me to leone and eastwood, and also it seems to the moment when all three genius'  clint, sergio and ennio came together as one to make a superb movie with a damn cool lead man and best of all a score that could change a world.

it maybe a biased view as it was the converter but his movie really does it for me.  who wouldn't want to be manco?Huh

I love all of Leone films. If I have to pick one, OUTIW is it. Story, dialogue, music, acting, editing, camera work---from all angles, this is an absolute art work of cinema.

i voted and i have to say, GBU is the masterpiece. the structure, character development (particularly tuco), pacing, mise en scene, music and plot are the best i've seen. this is an exceptional movie!

When I first saw TGTBATU as a young boy, I remember thinking that no other film could ever be as good as this.

However, when OUATITW came out a couple of years later, it dethroned TGTBATU. I love them both but if I absolutely had to choose, it would be OUATITW.

These two would be followed by FAFDM, FOD, My Name Is Nobody and Duck You Sucker/Fistful of Dynamite.

Though I know I may sound exaggerate to other people, when I talk about For a Few Dollars More, The Good the Bad and the Ugly, Once Upon a Time in the West and Duck You Sucker, I called them masterpieces... any of them... and about A Fistful of Dollars... I say it is a good film... but Once Upon a Time in America, the 218 uncut version, the overnothing version  Wink, I call it THE MASTERPIECE, not only Leone's, but of all times... by now. So guess which film I voted for...
Oh maybe I'm really exaggerate, but I don't mind. Never been this solemn...  Grin
bye and bye

I would say Once Upon a Time in America,he spent 10 years planning this film,it was his dream and he obviously put his heart and soul into it.Fistful of Dynamit e I probably enjoy more, but OUATIA ,I think,is his artistic masterpiece.

I read that he was already planning the film after he made The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
