Out of that list, I'll choose GBU, but my all-time favorite is Bernstein's Magnificent Seven followed by Dimitri Tiomkin's The Alamo.

Not necassarily in this order but pretty close:

Once Upon a Time in the West
The God, the Bad, and the Ugly
La Strada
The Godfather
The Deerhunter
For a Few Dollars More
Jaws
Psycho
Once Upon a Time in America
A Fistful of Dynamite
Superman
Home Alone

Most of these movies are also favorite movies of mine (not Home Alone), which probably shows how important I think music is in movies, and how much it can improve a film.  Definitely my second favorite film composer after Ennio Morricone is Nino Rota, (close second).

I also want to add the score from Cronenbergs version of The Fly, an excellent director, an excellent film and an excellent score.
