Yeah he was wearing a hat..he goes up to Manco thinking he left the others to die and saved himself but Manco wacks him with his right hand and then Indio kicks the gun out of groggys hand. Dont think it is a publicity picture........ It just didn't look like groggy

In the original still, there is a horse immediately behind Groogy (or whoever) and Eastwood, and a hill in the background. MGM have simply extracted Groogy + Eastwood from the original b&w still etc.

I don't know about anyone here but I found the booklets in the MGM R2 SE's nice looking but some of the most useless and pointless booklets going. They don't tell anything new, unlike Paramounts booklet in the Once Upon A Time In The West release. A DVD booklet I would like to get my hands on is the one included in the Special Once Upon A Time In America boxset from CDA. I am tempted to double dipp and buy the set so I can send off for the poster and get the film cell. I have the CDA boxsets of 2001, Citizen Kane and Casablanca and I quite like them (though I would never pay full price for them.)

This link from the official site contains the best picture I could find. The booklet is inside the box (its the page with Deborah and Noodles on the beach together.)
