I'd like to know opinions about this book; I recently found a copy - with a preface by Sergio Leone - and read it, and although it is not a great book I found it funny.
Has anybody read it?

YES! I enjoyed it although it's obvious Leone just used it as astarting point.Yet dispite that,I was surprised how a few scenes were almost the same as in the film and yet with most of them Leone slightly changed them, for example Noodles' attempted rape of Dolores/Deborah becomes a real rape in the film.

A pretty good read,overall.
