Listen guys following HEX's thread on how we got into SW's..the "pizza" one........ one or two of the brothers have quoted first getting interested in the old TV westerns then taking the  NATURAL STEP to SW films. As a NOSTALGA TRIP why dont we rack the archives of our brains and try and name as many TV westerns as possible, as far back as we can remember. Our american Bro's will probably have more ideas than us Brit's
I'll start with a few I remember like (not in order)

BRONCO
WAGON TRAIN
TENDERFOOT
CHAMPION THE WONDER HORSE
RAWHIDE
THE LONE RANGER
GUNSMOKE

YOUR TURN GUYS  ??? ??? ??? ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ??? ??? ???

Sackett, you forgot Branded.

I'm glad you mentioned The Rebel. That was definitely one of my faves back in the day (along with Wanted Dead or Alive).

I also left out Maverick, and Laredo.
Guess some of these shows date me pretty good with all the 'wet behind the ears' crowd.
My TV FAVORITES were The Rifleman, The Rebel, Gunsmoke, Bonanza, Alias Smith and Jones, High Chaparrel, Lancer, and Big Valley.

Oh yeah, The Guns of Wil Sonnet was one I like to watch also, along with Cimmaron Strip.

Every time I log off I think of others.  There was one with Kurt Russel and Tim Matheson, but I cannot recall the name right now.
However, another one of my FAVORITES was the unforgetable, KUNG FU.
Looks like the 50s, 60s, and early 70s were wonderful times for the western crowd.

Although not your typical western...I loved: «The wild wild west».
«Have gun will travel» was right up there too.
