I have always wondered what pistol Bronson is using.. I cannot get a good angle on it on the screen.. I know Fonda's was a Colt Peacemaker..   thanks :)

Harmonica’s gun is basically the  same as Joe's and Manco's, a Colt .45 Artillery Model(51/2 inch barrel)…

According to Christopher Frayling Frank (Fonda) uses a reproduction Silver Colt .38 and Harmonica (Bronson) a genuine Colt Peacemaker with the frontsight removed and the hammer smoothed down to improve speed on the draw.

Harmonica's Peacemaker has the front sights removed. As for the dropped hammer, I don't see it. The hammer is not dropped for if it were then the top would be flat not curved up.

Harmonica's is definatly a Colt but the handle looks different than the traditional Colt grips.
