Favourite Morricone moment in a non-Leone spaghetti western

I was watching Face to Face last night and as usual i was struck by how very moving the relatively inconsequential scene is when Beauregard reunited with his two friends lasso the horse and then embrace, and i'm certain that this is down to Edda Dell Orsa's gentler rendition of Morricones main title theme(very reminiscent of The Ectasy of Gold). The piece (and feeling i get)is repeated later on when Bennetts raiders cross the pebble-bedded river and ride through the mountains to Puerto Del Fuego. The emotion i get is similar to when the camera zooms over the station house to reveal Jill McBain walking into the bustling Flagstone to the main theme of OUATITW.
I could mention some more, but does anyone else have a favourite(non-Leone ) scene largely due to Morricones
music or simply just a Morricone composition that they are in love with?

Mine is two moments, the times when the
Run Man Run
theme opens up in the film of the same name, and in
Companeros
, again when the theme opens up lifting your spirits.

I love when the men are searching the town for cuchillo near the end of run man run, great morricone moments, although not too grand... the other is the end of companeros with nero's horse sprinting back.

According to the Blue Underground disc its actually a Morricone score but certain legal demands meant that Morricone had to put Nicolai as the composer, even though he didn't actually write it.

Yeau thats right Leone Admirer-something about contractual reasons!
One of my favourite Morricone pieces is the showdown in the Mercenary between Curly and Paco in the bullring.I have this "symphony" as part of the Morricone Kill CD compilation and i love the way we first get Curly's theme followed by the Polaks cool whistled theme and then as the two rivals face each other it gradually builds from a sombre trumpet to the big triumphant march climaxing with the huge chorus.Wow!
