I can only fervently disagree, as OUATIA is right up there with "Doctor Zhivago" as my favorite film score ever.  Yes, even the allegedly terrible Speakeasy music.  Roll Eyes

never used the word "terrible". I said "Crap". Brings a different meaning to my statement.
I stick by my guns on this one. Unimaginative music on Morricone's part.

I'm gonna agree there. Usually Morricone's Scores go with the movie in such a way that's as if they were made as one.

Once Upon a Time in America seems like a standdard score except for some instances, but that's not enough.
It's very atmospheric, but not Morricone atmospheric besides few parts here and there.
